"The first step to create this structure - says Susanna - was for the desire of my mother Silvia not to spend her last years in a retirement home. However, she was unable to take full advantage of the shelter and when she passed away I continued with my project. »
" Residenza Silvia " consists of six rooms, common kitchens, services and bathrooms, stair lifts, living areas and a large garden. "The type of people who can find hospitality here is very varied - explains Susanna -.

But the generous availability of Susanna does not stop here. To the east, the house opens onto a large green area. «If someone wants to stop here and express particular needs - she points out - we can build and add new rooms.
